In Australia, all non-residential buildings are subject to compliance with Australian Standard AS 3745-2010 Planning for Emergencies in Facilities which provides minimum requirements for planning and executing an Emergency Planning Committee (EPC) and Emergency Control Organisation (ECO). iiNTT ensure our valued clients meet all the requirements of AS 3745-2010 to ensure their staff and visitors are safe and prepared in the event of an emergency.

Emergency Management Services

iiNTT can provide a range of Emergency Management Services including:

1. Emergency Plans and Documentation

iiNTT can conduct a risk assessment to identify all potential emergencies and compile Emergency Plans to ensure the safety of all occupants. The Emergency Plan is published and disseminated as required by AS 3745-2010. We can also develop Emergency Management Manuals, Training Plans, Flip Cards, Extinguisher Charts, Fire Panel/EWS Operation Guides

2. EPC Establishment

Identify key personnel, implement and train the Emergency Planning Committee

3. Evacuation Diagrams

Section 3.5 of AS 3745-2010 has stringent requirements in relation to the provision of Evacuation Diagrams. At iiNTT we can develop fully compliant Diagrams including all required elements and supply printed, laminated, framed and/or electronic formats

4. Training

Train all relevant EPC and ECO teams, general staff and visitors

5. Emergency Response Exercises

Conduct trial evacuations to prove and refine plans as required in Section 7 of AS 3745-2010. All exercises include a briefing, de-briefing, and a full report is supplied with any recommendations for improvements. An on-going program for these exercises is also developed to ensure continued compliance.

Suggest Improvements and ensure up to date Standards compliance.
